1. Junior Corporate Account Manager

The candidate will have a training period where the following goals must be achieved at the end of selection phase:

  • Developing relationships with the existing Partners recommending best work paths and customizing the Customer offers
  • Identifying business opportunities, prospects and the position in the industry
  • Managing relationships with existing and new Customers and Suppliers
  • Maintaining relationships with partners (telecommunications companies), providing support, information, guidance and recommending new opportunities
  • Contributing the team in order to ensure Customer’s satisfaction
    Data processing and analysis

2. NOC Support Technician

We are looking for a neo-graduate in computer engineering as NOC Support Technician.

The resource will be responsible for providing support to Partners, testing, implementing new services and managing Trouble tickets of I and II levels. All this work must be done with maximum reliability in order to ensure efficiency and Customer’s satisfaction.

The candidate will have a training period where the following goals must be achieved at the end of selection phase:

  • In-depth knowledge of SIP protocol and VoIP platforms
  • Control and resolution of Trouble Tickets
